Upright Noble Zen

Our True Nature is clear and compassionate, joyous and selfless, upright and noble. Upright Noble Zen is a small community of practitioners dedicated to supporting each other in exploring and expressing these truths.   We do this through meditation, study, and sharing.

Dana Kojun Lederhos grew up in Anchorage and returned in 2014 after completing a 14-year course of training at Great Vow Zen Monastery in Oregon.  She is a Soto Zen lineage holder and a member of both the Soto Zen Buddhist Association and the White Plum Asanga.  All group meetings, classes, and other events are led by her.

Newcomers are always welcome.  Come sit with us!
